Didn't like it! We've read a few other Splat the Cat picture books, some of which we liked quite a bit, such as [b:Merry Christmas, Splat|6694804|Merry Christmas, Splat|Rob Scotton|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1266939291s/6694804.jpg|6890361] and [b:Love, Splat|4531717|Love, Splat|Rob Scotton|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1347579553s/4531717.jpg|4580931]. This is however the second Splat the Cat early reader to come our way, and just like with the previous one, I'm not impressed. Worse though, my son didn't care for it at all either. Halfway through it he put it down to go to bed, and neither the day after nor any day thereafter could he be talked into finishing it. He didn't even want me to read the rest to him. Oh, well, we have other Early Readers to choose from ...
