I wish Ms. Vowell taught all of my history classes because she is so smart and funny and truly a joy. I loved this book, and I will be recommending it to everyone. The different narrators was a very fun touch. I learned heaps more about Lafayette and the Revolutionary War, and I was tickled to bits the whole time. Time to read everything else that she's written!
