Such a good story! Loved the way the book was set up switching between different characters focus and timelines. There were only a fee times I got a bit confused which timeline we were in. A great narrative on trans parenthood and the concept of raising a baby in community.

DNF at 50% - the writing is solid enough but it feels more like a collection of essays than a book, and the content doesn't really hold me. might revisit someday but I'm months overdue (heh) at the library & should really get it back to someone who'll enjoy it more
