A cute contemporary romance between ghost writer main character and B/C level celebrity actor love interest. I thought the themes of career anxiety, dealing with a medium amount of fame, etc were all realistically presented so the plot was believable. There was a nice balance of plot and romance. Some like myself who don't "do" casual sex might find the "sex lessons" part of the plot a little silly but I think it was handled well...
I think you could tell the characters were both using it as an excuse to get closer to one another, but the fact that they didn't communicate their feelings to each other until the end wasn't frustrating at all.

Overall the plot was well paced and even though there were no surprises, making it a fairly basic contemporary romance, the kindness of the characters to one another and the steaminess of the intimacy more than makes up for the absence of more complex plot dynamics.

I would recommend this book and I would read more by this author.
