An interesting, wordless graphic novel. I didn’t really understand the end, but it was imaginative and beautiful just the same. I liked the artist describing his process at the end.

Gets “highly recommended” for the art alone. At the end, Mazur has a section that illustrates (ha) the artistic techniques he used for each chapter and style, and it’s very interesting—the techniques vary considerably!—especially if you’re an artist yourself. If you’re interested in making your own graphic novels, or in trying out different types of illustrations, this book is a must-read. If you just like wonderfully illustrated graphic novels, this is also a superb choice!

Story-wise, I enjoyed this a lot, and I actually read the ending a few times. This book is wordless but very thoughtful.

I really enjoyed the discussion at the end where the artist explained their techniques and how each section was done in a different style. I hadn’t noticed, although I felt differently about each section. After reading the discussion, I went through the book again to enjoy the genius of it.

Bought this book from the author at a local market, and it was a very sweet read! Even without words, the images make the story very easy to follow. Quick read, and a great gift for someone who's obsessed with the moon.
