Nice collection of short stories about an established vampire/human couple.
I had a bit of a hard time getting invested in the characters since they were already established with several books and stories under way that are available on the author's patreon. While I have not read those, I still had no trouble following along with this book, though I was lacking background knowledge about the world building. Since the book is mainly erotica that wasn't too much of a bother though.
What did bother me however were a few choices in the writing style. The characters were called "the vampire" or "the human" so often it was awkward, and even if their names had been used instead I frequently had trouble figuring out who was meant with "he". This was made even harder by the wild POV jumping. I could almost never figure out from which character's POV a scene was supposed to be written, and it seemed to switch from one sentence to the next which I found very unsettling and kept me from really getting into it.
That aside, the short stories were fun to read. I enjoyed reading about an established couple working on communication and exploring different and new kinds of sex and kink together.

I accidentally started reading this without reading the main story first. But it was cute and quick and somewhat adorable
