This is a (relatively) lighthearted look at drug use and poverty. Mr. Marsh is a meth user living in a storage unit. Does he recognize the issues in his life? Absolutely. Will he change them? Nope. Part of the problem is, he's a magic user that uses the drugs to fuel his magic. And at least he' Trying to be a better person, even though it sometimes backfires on him (OK, often).
