1001 Arabian Nights: The Adventures of Sinbad #0 by Gus Vasquez, Dan Wickline, Garry Henderson

I've definitely seen worse, but I think it was okay. A decent starter to the series, with some amazingly detailed illustrations. However, the story fell a bit flat at times and the quality of resolution wasn't consistent. It was nice to see a badass woman, even for a little bit.

This contines from where the previous Sinbad volume leaves off. It does have a prelude that is concluded in Grimm Fairy Tales Vol 6, I at least was able to read it in full since I happen to own both volumes. This one is just as full of adventure and funny banter between the Sinbad's crew and Sinbad. It really works well and the timing is spot on! But I really enjoyed this one and can't wait to read the rest of the stories.

It's not bad, and Sinbad is okay. I just don't feel like reading the rest of the series.

Short introduction to new series. Art was good overall.
The cast of characters was interesting but Sinbad seemed a bit of a dick. Unfortunately the story wasn't really long enough to grab my attention.
Unlikely to proceed further.
