Tư tưởng chính của cuốn này là thứ dẫn dắt cuộc đời của bạn không phải là đam mê, mà chính là năng lực. Một công việc tuyệt vời rất hiếm và rất “đắt giá”, bản thân một người muốn đạt được công việc đó cũng phải có những giá trị tương đương để trao lại. Theo đúng lời của tác giả có nói và mình cũng rất thấm, là bạn phải thật tốt thật giỏi một cái gì đó trước khi kỳ vọng có thể tìm kiếm được một công việc tốt.

If you read one book about career development in 2016, I'd make it this one.
