This was a struggle for me. First third was a lot of LSD; a drug that honestly terrifies me. Then came the interesting drawings/poetry that didn't look the best on my cell phone - I read the Libby version. All of this mixed with chapters that were not what I anticipated. Rather than life lessons on the road to 'Be Here Now' clarity, large sections of the book was quotes from famous gurus and Jesus. Maybe I shouldn't have read it straight though and opted to ingest it in small doses? Either way, I did not feel elevated enough to truly grasp this book.

This book will challenge you and also set you free. Baba Ram Dass is everyone’s guru. This book also speaks to everyone, no matter your religion.

I've come back to this book a few times. I remember the first time I laid eyes on it, I thought it was was weird (the pages are spread vertical). Then I warmed up to it. I came back after a few years and was blown away at some of the symbolism that I had no idea I was exposed to. Learned the appreciate it.

Interesting and informative; however, I think there are better guides than this author into the practice of yoga, meditation, and “enlightenment”.
