So far I've read these and have seen them as fast, fun kids books that fit quite well with the intended audience and that was about it...that was until this one. This one is easily the best one, and by a long shot, with the normal premise of these books with the kids checking out the area, however, instead of just getting children to become interested in the area and history - which this one did very well - it also was a complete, well thought out short story which the others so far haven't really been able to do, at least not with the same amount of success. Though this series is over - at least I'm pretty sure it is - the later books in this series should aspire to even get close to this one.

Also the time paradox part at the end was great!
