Black Hollow: Silver Linings is sweet and funny with just a touch of angst. Silver has had a bad go of it and is looking for a new beginning so the job offer from the mysterious Seraphine seemed like a gift from above. Meeting the gorgeous seemed like icing on the cake. But much like Black Hollow not everything is as it seems and Cade and Silver have baggage to lose before they can find happiness. I liked that The guys had to learn to forgive themselves and let go of the past to make a future. This was a really enjoyable read. If you haven’t read the other Black Hollow books you should. It will help with understanding the secondary characters.

King and Hitchcock are one of my favorite pairings so I was a little concerned when fate gave them a third but Frankie is smart, sassy and tough. She won’t let King bulldoze her or Hitchcock buy her. I really enjoyed this fast paced high energy story.

I LOVE THIS STORY! This is the tale of a vampire fighting his past which is preventing him from having a future with the empath he is smitten with. This story forces them to face his past so he can have a future. I felt Miles angst. I felt Deana’s heartbreak at her grandfathers intolerance. And I felt the love of the Black Hollow community as they worked their way forward

Fun and exciting read with interesting characters. The storytelling is fantastic and has great details. This is a steamy menage romance with a very exciting story.

I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased, honest review.

Deanna and Miles are characters with depth. The story is moving, touching and has a great mix of laughter and other emotions. This is filled with twists, turns, suspense, danger, but most of all love.

This was an enjoyable read.
Like the first book in the series it was easy getting into the story and I really wanted to get to know what will happen even though it was kind of predictable.
I liked that this story is around the same time as the first book, means we get to know a different perspective on certain events. I really liked that.
I liked Silver a lot but found Cade to be a little annoying. However I am happy for their hea.
In general I really like the idear of this town which is the main place in all of the books on this series. Black Hollow is a small town which not everyone would find cause it’s meant for monsters. I like that in both books we already got to know a good amount of people living their and I am sure many of them will get their own stories.
Besides that I like that there is a story that combines all books. I don’t want to spoiler here so I am not going to tell what it is.
So overall I enjoyed this book and I plan on reading the others one day too.

Welcome to Black Hollow. This town is unlike any other! It is a paranormal paradise. Each book in the Black Hollow collection is written by one of 7 authors! There are 17 books so far and Blood Shadows by Robbie Cox is book # 17. I highly recommend this collection and love the fact that it does not need to be read in order!
Main characters are Miles and Deana, who are trying to live in peace in the town of Black Hollow. But with a town of paranormals there is always something lurking. There are fun times mixed with some danger. Blood Shadows includes a sweet romance with the focus on the vampire situation in the town of Black Hollow.
