This book started so well, I found myself engrossed in the stories and was excited to read more South Asian folklore retellings and supernatural stories. The artwork inserted after each story was beautiful and i loved looking at them. However I found that I lost interest in the book about half way through, the book definitely started with the best stories and so the book lost its momentum for me until I was no longer invested.
