This was a pretty fun book to read. It is about a woman who leaves her husband a month after their wedding and becomes a nanny for a little boy with a single father who inadvertently has a summer home in the very same community as her newly abandoned husband. Oh what a tangled web we weave....
I love the main character, Effie/Jane. She has this attitude and regardless of the drama and trauma that unfolds around her and because of her, she remains cool headed and light hearted.
