Lionpaw is visited by Hawkfrost and Tigerstar in his dreams and he believes what they tell him and he also starts meeting with Heatherpaw, a WindClan apprentice. The two of them discover underground tunnels that connect their territories but when three WindClan kits go missing and the blame is put on RiverClan, Hollypaw, Jaypaw and Lionpaw look for the lost kits in the tunnels.

Okay, maybe it’s because I’m not close with the majority of my family, but blah blah kin blah blah. If you know your kin is an evil bastard, what makes you think it’s okay to talk to their ghost and learn from it? Seriously?
Also Hollypaw is annoying.
The story is interesting though. I like the plot with Fallen Leaves and the ancient tribe more this re-read than I did my initial read. I love Jaypaw’s crotchety ass and think it’s funny that he even manages to annoy Spottedleaf.

This series is losing me. So many repeating plot lines from other series. I plan to give it 1-2 more books but if things don’t get more interesting I might dnf this series and take a big break from Warriors for awhile.
