A harrowing account of revenge, dysfunctional families, and mob mentality. This was a real page turner for me, the fast pacing was engrossing and I loved how it was formatted with different characters telling each part and through different mediums (epistolary, phone call, journal, etc).

This was absolutely wild, start to finish. I ended up devouring the book in 2 sittings. 

You see a lot of the plot points coming from a mile away but, surprisingly, that doesn't take away the enjoyment of watching it unfold piece by piece.

This was excellent. 
The story is told from five perspectives so it does get a bit repetitive but as they were from different POVs, I didn't find it terrible.
It felt a bit Stephen King (without the minutely detailed descriptions) with a twist of Gillian Flynn, which is to say chilling in the best way.
