I didn't really know much about witch hunting but I when I saw this graphic novel I just couldn't wait to get my hands on it.
It isn't for everyone. There is some nudity so if you aren't into reading graphic novels with nudity then I suggest you do not read this one but if you are like me and nudity in books/movies/tv doesn't bother you than I highly recommend this good graphic novel. Also some of the illustrations are a gruesome but personally that doesn't bother me either.
This is dark, interesting and very well done graphic novel that I just couldn't put it down. I started reading it last night and I was just going to read a few pages but ended up reading the entire thing without even realizing it.
I highly recommend this book

Wow! Ok, I knew other places had witch hunts and murdered mostly women for being witches. But I had no idea how many. And then how far into present day "witch hunts" were taking place. So horrible and it shows how bad humans can be. A great book to learn about a shameful practice. "A graphic history of the burning times" is exactly what is in this book. Graphic.

I may or may not go back and finish this but this is easily one of the worst books I've ever read and I can't believe it won a Stoker award. What misogynist, exploitative trash.
