This book is a quick and informative read on attatchment theory and how that relates to polyamory. It focuses less on polyamory that what many, myself included, expected. It is the kind of book I want to keep on my shelf to refer back to when needed, but not one I feel a need to reread from start to finish. It has good reflective questions peppered throughout the book, and I enjoyed the practical advice towards the end. I wish the writing would have been more engaging or entertaining, and that the focus was heavier on the polyamory and the practical advice.

Monogamous or not, abstracting the lens of attachment theory to n>1 relationships (including self-attachment) is extremely important. Insightful and easy read that prompts some very productive self-reflection ☃️
