Oh, the final chapter did have me crying a bit. This whole series is such a love letter to telling stories and roleplaying and finding a safe space among friends to come into yourself (at any age). I struggle to put my adoration for this series into words. The only shortcoming I find is that I wanted it to push a little further in certain areas – worldbuilding, relationship growth, etc. But that's just 'cuz I'm a novel reader at the core. Beautiful beautiful series.

Decent but the ending felt terribly rushed and seemed to come out of nowhere.

I really liked the arc of this story. The pull from each of the Masters (Tolkien, Lovecraft, Bronte and Wells). I loved the ties to their books and the ultimate look at the role and importance of Role Playing games in people's lives. Great Story, Great Ending!
