Initially, I was not very impressed with the book and thought it was mediocre. However, toward the end, and all the action starts taking place, you realize what a creative story this is. Had a great twist at the end, and was very suspenseful. I would recommend the books to others.

This is a inspiring book with humorous narrator. It's a story about a survivor of congenital disease and also of murder. It’s talking about hope and the purpose of our being, even when life could seems to be desperate and making no sense. We all know things could be tough that you start to feel miserable and ashamed of yourself. Please take a break and a cup of nice coffee, and read this book, it will help.

I loved this book for Disability Pride Month! I looked up Will Leitch's other books and was surprised by how difficult this book is in comparison to his other works.

I particularly enjoyed how Daniel's disability is a factor in his life, but not the only factor. Daniel was a complex protagonist which we don't have enough of when it comes to disability representation. Highly recommend

Overall, I enjoyed the book but I feel like the book had too much “fluff” and could have been wrapped up a lot quicker than it was. I did learn a lot about SMA so I did enjoy that aspect.
