I really like Saturn Apartments, and I can't believe that I neglected to review it when I read it months ago. Saturn Apartments is a slice-of-life series, and although it takes place in a futuristic setting, the core of Saturn Apartments is human interaction (or in some cases avoidance of human interaction). The art is more minimalistic than many manga readers may be used to, but I feel that it conveys exactly what the author/artist would like it to convey, beauty, whimsy and, sometimes, starkness and loneliness that parallel the way in which humans live their lives.

It hasn't "grabbed" me like some of my favorites, but I do think this is a really sweet, good bit of manga.

It was OK. There is nothing to say about it though. It didn't make a whole lot of sense, but it was OK.

It was a pleasant read. I quite enjoyed the artwork, and the story was thoughtful and interesting, but didn't quite deliver on some those ideas. Perhaps these will develop in later volumes; I'd be happy to read more and see where it goes.
