like w.g. sebald minus gravity i guess. (good reading for someone who wants encouragement dedicating their every waking second to one single thing?) i need to read it again.

Ok, not done yet, but will be giving five stars alongside Ghosts of Birds. What is unbelievable to me is how people can read Rings of Saturn while something like this exists. Although formally distinct, the attempt to blur lines between historical essay, poetry and creative prose is familiar. What Sebald struggles to achieve in 300 pages Weinberger perfects in 100. This shit is excessively good.

A swirling cosmic thing that I'm much too stupid to write coherently about. I enjoyed letting the mystic vastness of it all wash over me, already been recommending it all over the place
