So cute! This book had me giggling and smiling and kicking my feet from start to finish. This was a fun rivals to lovers romance but didn’t feel overdone or tropey. The people pleaser in me related very much to Elsie.

This was a sweet read! Good enemies to lovers content. I love Ali Hazelwood's quirky and funny writing style, and this was no exception. Sometimes the main character's people pleasing was laid on a little thick, but we move on. I love a man who is absolutely whipped, so this was a win.

I really enjoyed reading this until I found out it comes from the same universe as Reylo fan fiction. Nothing against people who like that! I just don’t, and it ruined it a bit for me. Thanks for getting me out of my reading slump though!

Adored this book.   Physics is the science in this one, and it seems we got more science than we did in the others I have read.   And, this book focuses a lot on the people pleasers out there in the world..made me realize I sometimes don’t focus on what I want.

I loved this book. I enjoy STEM romances and Ali Hazlewood as an author. This book is cute. While being contemporary romance it talks about struggles of women in stem. These books bring me joy.

Millicent is my favourite character lol

The PUNS!!  I’m dying! Hahaha one of the best parts of the book!

The enemies to lovers trope was well written. Also a little fake dating component and obviously with the author, a women in STEM, which I loved!

The one spot of displeasure I had was the sheer amount of physics jargon… I understood a lot of it, and I still felt it was a little gratuitous. But otherwise the whole story was very well done and if I was slightly irritated with the jargon at the beginning, by halfway I was addicted to this book! Finished it in about a day.
