I really wanted to give it 5 stars, but I really didn't love the poetry and I'm sure it's someone else's taste, it's just not mine.
.
The story's however you get lost in, and take days to come out of, you are so fully immersed you find yourself locked in on every word.
.
A stunning novelist, as always King, you are a bright spark for all of horror and novel writing. Worth every single minute.

Ok so I love this short story collection, definitely one of his bests. My personal favorite stories were Mile 81, Ur, and Cookie Jar, definitely good ones. Some scarier than others, but still really good. I've read a lot of Stephen King and this book is definitely one of my favorites. The only one I could not for the life of me get through was Blockade Billy. Im not sure what it was about it specifically, but I ended up skipping over it pretty quickly. Other than that, definitely recommend.
Moderate: Murder, Violence, Car accident, Gore, and Alcoholism
