Ravens Queens life before going to Ever After High was the one I was mostly curious in.
Given that in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the Evil Queen basically plummeted to her death as an old lady or well, actually the evil queen was forced to wear Iron Shoes while dancing on fire so I thought that she was stripped off of her castle and other riches.
Not only that, I also thought Raven couldn't communicate with her mother before the dragon game or even know that her mother cursed wonderland. Idrk why.

I preferred this book to the first one. I found the character of raven a lot nicer and a lot more relatable. The story or though simple, I found a little more intriguing than the first book of the series and can see the link between the two. It's a decent little read. And again I loved the humorous little details in the beginning like the fact she was listening to Tailor Quicks new album on her Mirrorpod.

1.5 stars.
I liked this one marginally better than [b:Briar Beauty's Story|2743541|Briar Beauty's Story (Ever After High, #0.3)|Shannon Hale|https://d.gr-assets.com/books/1376184581s/2743541.jpg|25794770], simply because I appreciated that Raven was rebelling against her fate and seemed like a half-way decent character.
The puns are absolutely appalling, the style of writing is too tween for my taste, and the dialogue is painful. I have no hexitement* concerning this series, nor will I ever.
*This is exactly the sort of thing I detest.

Again, same story I read in BoL, but nice refresher :) I feel so bad for Raven, but it's not like she had a choice in her genealogy.

Read this to my mums friends daughter that I was baby sitting and the modern day references were funny (one reflection etc.). Simple and basic but Lucy enjoyed it.

Další ukázka ke knize Storybook of legends ze série Ever After High.
Raven Queen je taky princezna. Má zámek i služebnictvo, jenže to její bohatství i budoucnost už jsou o dost temnější, než u Apple. Kdo by se taky divil, Raven je přeci dcerou Zlé královny. Ona sama bude jednoho dne Zlá královna! Nebo že by ne...
