Its in Small Magics, the full story. If you're like me amd have looked everywhere for it, it is worth it just to see the relationship between Julie and Curran grow. Also the dynamic of Mahon and Curran. It doesn't really give to much new information to his back story but still worth the read.

Everyone knows about Curran’s tragic childhood. They know that his parents and his little sister were killed by loups. They know that he lived like a wild thing in the wood until Mahon found him.

What they don’t know is what his family was like.

In this POV, Curran tells Julie his story.

This was tough to find and feels unfinished. Seems maybe there was a part 2 planned but not executed.

I found it here:

I didn’t love this one as much as the others. Curran didn’t really feel like himself – I don’t know, in the other ones it really felt like being in his head, but in this one… it was just weird (as well as the swearing sub-plot). Then he tells the story though and it’s heart-breaking. I think that we learn most of it in other places in the series, but I don’t think that Curran was talking about what Alice was like before and… I admit, I cried. I can’t even think about losing a sibling.
“Damn straight,” Julie said.
“Language,” Kate warned again.
“What?” she said, “I can say damn, it’s in the Bible.”

Some parts of it felt quite forced, but overall, I enjoyed reading it, it’s a nice addition to the series and so why not?

It's always interesting to read more from Curran's POV.
This was quite short, and it did feel like they were quite... eh... 'economical' with their words.
But it was still a nice little short story to pass the time before diving into Magic Shifts.

Although this is about moving into their new home it also gives a frightening insight into Curran's life before the Pack.

Not sure why no-one else has created this book.
