LOVED this book!!! Very informative without a single boring moment. Even just thinking about the book makes me feel inspired. I apply what I learned every single day in my business, and look forward to reading again to soak up more.

More about manipulating people, which can easily backfire.

I’m not saying this book doesn’t have value, however I got yucked out a couple of times when it was clear the author knows some chapters are just manipulation. Pretty sure he said “you can use this on impressionable people” at one point.
Reading books like this can help you be vigilant, and some of the examples aren’t pure manipulation, but I worry for the flip side of the coin.
It’s a list of examples of what to say to influence things in your direction, but the author seems sometimes well aware this can be used to harm… that’s the impression I got.

A really interesting primer on sales technique. It's scary how manipulative you need to be to get the best results from your customers.
