It seems like it should be possible to emphasize Da Vinci's genius without degrading everyone around him; unfortunately, Krull was never able to do this, which is especially disappointing because I've enjoyed other books that she's written. At least she didn't straight-wash him I guess?

Great biography for kids that focused on his timeline and his love of the scientific process. There wasn't much on his art.

Two well researched books on Sir Isaac Newton and Leonardo da Vinci. The illustrations are magnificent and the books are packed with information on these two "giants of science". A great way to make science readable.

Not as good as her book about Marie Curie, but still very enjoyable.
