I’ve been craving a little post-apocalypse romance and Desperate Measures doesn’t disappoint at all. I like Annie a lot she’s takes planning to a whole new level, she’s even planned for more than just survive like entertainment to pass the days away. I enjoyed the story it was a quick paced story that I found hard to put down. The concept is interesting I can’t imagine being alone for 2 years with just my dog in a basement. The characters are great easy to connect with. I hope this isn’t the last we see of Annie and Beck my fingers are crossed for more. This is my first book by the author but I plan to check out her other books. My only complaint have I wanted more it was too short, the story is fun and I enjoyed it a lot.

Running out of batteries and being alone in a shelter for two years, after the zombies came, will make any girl run out of her safe place to find what she needs. What are the batteries for? You have to read the book. Along the way Annie finds Beck an extremely handsome fella. Beck has been look for anyone and thankfully he finds Annie.
This book is short but amazing, as always, from Staci. I actually want more, I loved the end but I want a lot more. I want to see what will happen next. I know the end is the end but I don’t want it to be the end.
If you love Zombies and some steamy sex (not together, that’s a totally different kind of book) then you will love this. It’s a short read but Staci can write an amazing book no matter how long it is. Totally recommend, you will not be disappointed and I wish this was a series...just sayin ;)
Thanks for stopping by to check out my review.
