Was this really necessary? It started off so boring I couldn’t get pass chapter 7. It definitely could have ended with the second book and a good epilogue just showing their future with marriage and kids, all that cliche romance ending shit. For this series, it would be fitting at least.

When we get down to it, I really just read these three books because I wanted to be able to fairly compare the new movie adaptation to them.

They had their moments, but at the end of the day it was mostly just a load of asinine teenage drama mixed in with a ton of genuinely cute fluff.

I'm really ambivalent about this because I feel like it might have been a waste of my time, but I see that it isn't actually that bad, just not entirely made for me. I'm really excited to see how the movie handled the story because I've heard nothing but excellent things about it, so I'm just going to call it here.

This was so cute. The beginning felt slow, and I genuinely considered dnf'ing it. I'm glad I pushed through because it picked up fast, and I found myself hooked

I just finished and it is definitely my most favorite book of the trilogy! This book was funny, sweet and very charming in many different ways. I loved the relationship between Peter and Lara Jean and I really enjoyed seeing them both grow up through the pages!

I'm glad I re-read the first two books before picking up this last one. It was fun and I felt a big connect with the characters from marathoning the whole trilogy.
