If Eragon was a plunge into the world of Alagaesia, then Eldest is an entire exploration. There's so much about the culture of humans, elves, dwarves and dragons in this, so many refreshing ideas, important conversations and character growth. It honestly made me feel like I was a part of this world, and I will absolutely continue the series, now that it has earned a place in my heart.
