Reviews with content warning for Rape - Mating the Huntress

I love a book that doesn't take itself too seriously. They're so much fun to read.

I loved how utterly besotted Luke was with Chastity. She literally tries to kill him (since she's from a werewolf hunting family and he's a werewolf, the old-school slavering beast kind) and he more or less just stares at her with heart eyes. He loves the fact that she's not soft and sweet, but actually capable of killing him. Chastity, who's been taught that all werewolves are evil and need to be hunted down and killed, is understandably a bit confused when Luke turns out to be a really sweet, funny guy who respects her boundaries.

This was both hilarious and adorable. And the depiction of consent was just impeccably done. Talia Hibbert ought to do a masterclass on it.

This was a quick and fun read! Very steamy and sweet. I just wish it had been longer so we had gotten to know the characters better.
