Steamy and enjoyable, but too short for my taste. You really don't get to know too much about the characters.

Yes, he's a slavering beast that eats people's faces, but in his defense, he only eats the faces of people that deserve to have their faces eaten.

I appreciated the way that Ms. Hibbert addressed the problem of the loss of oral folklore and native traditions for those that lose their connections to their homeland and their elders (either by immigration or through generations of enslavement) by showing the dire consequences for this family of werewolf hunters.

LOVED this book. Luke is hilarious, Chastity is strong-willed and takes no shit, and they have sex while covered in cake batter. Basically, it was the dream.
