Was an extremely short story, would have liked more. Not sure it should be counted on reading challenge, feels like a bit of a cheat.I don't think I will count it myself.

Short, Intense, Quick.
This is a very fast short read. I have read M. C. Beaton books before but unfortunately I didn't enjoy this one as much as I have others.
It was a 2.5 star read for me. I think it was so short I didn't feel like there was enough storyline but I will definitely be reading more books by this author.
It is a great novella if you need a short addition for a reading challenge. I think it is less than ten pages.

A very short story with Agatha Raisin. A lady called Mary in the village of Weston Magna is practising bell ringing in the local church. Jessica hated the bells and thought they were an awful nuisance. After an argument about the bells Jessica finds Mary strung up with one of the church bell ropes, But did she kill her and Agatha will find out.
To be honest its like 6 Kindle pages long. Its almost like MC BEaton had to put a summary of her next book and this is what she had to hand. Its very short, and Agatha hardly appears in it. Not worth the read unless you really like Agatha Raisin.

Actually a too short a short Story to rate it :-) But being able to telling a Story in short is an art in itself so I rate it anyway ...

Confusing
I'm not sure: was the killer actually the husband, John or was it Jessica? Both I'm sure were equally happy with the death, and Jessica's line "music to my ears" sounded quite sinister.
It was all too fast...not worth it.

I love Agatha but I'm shocked this was even given away. I'd suggest Agatha Raisin and the Christmas Crumble as is longer. This one doesn't even last 5 mins and gives no flavour at all of the series sadly.
