I would say that I really enjoyed this book and the conclusion to the series. I have to say that I did not see the killer coming at all. I was surprised and though once it was revealed I started to connect the dots from all of the other books.

Overall, the tv show had a way more compelling story and I really wish they finished this. This also could’ve been done in a single book, maybe a trilogy max. Six was a wild choice and it got so drawn out. Overall had a good time and wish the show had continued and at least wrapped up in an episode or two

"Tell us it's a prank," Madeline said, her voice tremulous. "Please. Tell us it's the best one yet."

(although we all know otherwise, I was holding out hope the entire time that it was also an elaborate lying game prank too, Madeline)

All of the tension, suspense, and drama came to a head in this final book and it was so GOOD. This one is definitely the strongest out of the series. So here's my final thoughts:

- Emma was so oblivious to the signs right in front of her face the entire time, constantly overlooking all of the red flags.
- The killer was very predictable from the first couple books, in my opinion.
- The predictability (or the MC's stupidity at times) didn't take away any of my enjoyment though, because this series was such a rollercoaster of drama and suspense.
- Thayer is the best character, hands down. I love him.
- In the end, I found myself really happy for Emma and that she finally has a family and a home. I also got emotional over the fact that her and Sutton will never have a relationship and they'll never even meet. (I got emotional over that in every book honestly)

All in all, I have a new trashy guilty pleasure series that I love and reading this series has been such a fun ride.

First: I HOPE THIS IS THE LAST ONE BECAUSE I CAN'T HANDLE ANY MORE SURPRISES BY SARA SHEPARD LIKE SHE DID WITH PLL BECAUSE NOW O HAVE TO READ 5 MORE BOOKS TO GET THE ENDING OF THE STORY!!!
Ok now on to my review, sorry about that just had to put it out there.
This is one of Shepard's most well written books in her career. It is the conclusion to the Mercer murder mystety that WILL blow your mind. It is amazing and you will not be able to put the book down till the very last page.

This is the last book of the series and I think that it was really good, I mean, since the last book it was pretty obvious who was the killer and all that, but I really got nervous when Emma figured it out.

One thing though, is that I would've loved to see Emma and Thayer together.
I think it was a good thing that this series is finally over, after all everyone was pretty much a suspect, sometimes even twice.

Best in the series and the final one.
I can't believe I was right. Ever since book one Ethan was in my mind on her killer. I thought it would have been because of the prank on him but wow.
And I think I knew for sure when I saw his psych folder in the hospital.
Amazing finale. Doesn't dissapoint.
