I am an Honest ARC reviewer ,And I was sorely disappointed that there was no real background on ...well anything. Explain where Octavian came about in their relationship,why when faced with a challenge the heroine freezes , and yet still is applauded, or how every foe is so easy for her to defeat?..sorry just not feeling the flow.Re-read this book because I was kind of in a slump when i wrote this review,And I was initially struck by the lack of forethought i put into my review.This book was better the 2nd time around so i have upgraded my initial 2 star review to a 3 ,maybe you'll like it more than I did,so why not give it a whirl.
