I love Anthology style books, it’s a fun way to get a sample of author’s style of writing. Plus you get to read a sample or prequel of an upcoming book or series they may be writing! All but 1 author in this Anthology is new to me so I was super excited to read these stories! This review is long!
This anthology focuses on the sci-fi / fantasy aspects and it’s filled with 6 short stories by 6 different authors. A bit of romance is sprinkled in but these shorts will draw you in ready to read the follow up book.
Without giving too much away- I’ll break each book down
Book 1 - Mania by Chris Garcia - We’re in a post apocalyptic world, and magic is being turned in Mania. Our couple is married, and unfortunately suffer a great loss. The plot twist in this little book was so crazy, I never saw it coming. It definitely left you on edge for more.
Book 2 - To Kiss A Banshee by A.D. Anderson - With this story, you’re literally tossed into the mixer with Ara. She is a newly turned vampire on a mission, which gets interrupted when she’s tied up, literally. I’m interested to see if we get more back story in the future book!
Book 3 - Spark by Arianna Barton - I am most excited to see the continuation of this book. Our FMC Idalia, is a witch who’s betrayed and finds new magic. After the betrayal that makes her doubt things, what can she trust in the future?
Book 4 - Minotaur Affair by Daisy Shell - This story pulled a bit at the heart strings. The Minotaur’s have been abused by the Far, who they’ve been protecting. After going to the Far village to try and get answers, only one doesn’t look at them like their monsters.
Book 5 - Rejected By Her Pack by J.S. Lawliss - Talliah who’s an orphan omega who was found by a pack. And now… is set to be bound to the Alpha’s son. Is this her future? I wanted just a little bit more but that’s how you’re drawn in, I’m really excited for this story too!
Book 6 - A Wicked Entrapment by Sierra Christenson - This one has great MM action and a few good twists! A Fee is sold as a pleasure slave and is sent far from home. He begins developing feelings for his body guard but is unsure of what to do next.
Each book has it’s own unique story and aspects, and I can’t wait to dive further into these stories in the future.

Completely enjoyed all the mini stories in this anthology! Many I wished there was more and sad they were over. The authors did such a good job sucking you into their stories and giving you so much and not enough at the same time. You got uniqueness and the wow factor in each story.
