Two months to finish one comic?! Shows my interest in the second issue that I couldn’t be bothered to finish in one sitting. Good but far from great. 2.5 rounded to three.

So it's definitely better than the first issue and is slowly beginning to unfold the characters and story. It's still takes time to get used to the fact that now 2 (presumably) cops have the Axe and that it isn't a revenge story.
