“Your dreams don’t have to be big, but they do have to be yours”

Maybe the only book on relationships I will come back to at some point. Very very very good.

An enlightening read, it’s more self help in finding satisfaction in live, and using inner compassion to the fullest.

Less about romantic love but love in general and showing up as a partner who is ready to grow together 💛

I’d appreciate more coverage on romantic love, since the title does hint towards it. But platonic and community love is rarely discussed and the Shetty’s narration was both detailed and easy to follow.

Not a great read. There are better books out there that do what this book tries to do.

There were some good nuggets and I enjoyed the latter half a lot more than the beginning. It isn't something I'll read again, so I'm glad I listened to the audiobook for free on Libby. Also, does the physical book version have the meditations too, or is that just an audiobook thing? How on Earth is someone supposed to close their eyes and follow along with the meditations if they're reading it with their eyes? I don't know. It was fine.
