A great collection of stories--"The Stone Orrery" by Jennifer Crow is my favorite, but they were all great reads. The idea is that most fantasy stories are set either in medieval (ish) times or in modern times, so these stories are set anywhen else. Ancient Greece, colonial times, fantasy in space...really awesome.
