A dark, Gothic tale exploring the fuzzy boundaries between madness and sanity, between perception and reality. A nice extra to the gloomy tale is the ever-present question of what makes machines seem human-like. Turns out sometimes it's just yawning when listening to a story or singing out of tune :D

Honestly, this story gave me the creeps in the best way. It was so interesting how the narrator decides to change the narration style mid-story! The themes and images this story touches are sooo perfect for anyone looking for a spooky, yet not scary, read.

I will definitely be dabbling into more gothic-ey and dark fiction.
