Thought provoking short read that should be essential reading for anyone wanting to gain a greater understanding of mental illness, its treatment, and the changes required in medical practice. If 45% of the population experience mental health issues in their lives chances are you or a person you are close to will be directly affected, and if having read this book you can respond in a more appropriate fashion or seek treatment without feeling ashamed this book will make a difference.
