I really liked this one! I felt like this book added a lot to the series. The narration was also excellent.

The ending was a bit sadder than normal with what happens with the Quagmire triplets.

The Baudelaire's new guardian, Jerome, seems like a nice guy but his wife Esme is an odd woman. Esme only cares about what is in and out. She's even organizing an in and out auction and Count Olaf just so happens to be the auctioneer. The Quagmire's also play a part in this installment.
