This was my first time reading Penelope Ward and won’t be my last! Second chance love stories always get me and this one sure did. This was told in two parts (20ish and then 30s). It was so good and I really enjoyed it. I loved the relationships with the friends, siblings, parents (minus his mom). The epilogue- swoon.
This book had parts that were most definitely a 5 star read for me but there were a few scenes that I was like ehhh not a huge fan of so that’s the only reason it’s getting a 4.25.
