I have no idea why I persevered with this book and read it to the end. It was so mind numbingly boring and uninteresting.
The found the main characters to be shallow and severely lack any real development or depth. Due to this I had no empathy for them and couldn't bring myself to care about what happened to them. Whether they be scared, angry, excited, I could not find any real emotional attachment causing this to be a very dull read. Despite this the whole concept of the story was great.
