This is a brilliant and beautiful book full of general knowledge facts that I enjoyed even as an adult! I use this in my class as a primary school teacher and the kids love it! Something about uncovering the hidden gems under the interactive flaps make it all that more exciting to learn the facts. The information is presented alongside fantastically colourful illustrations that bring the books alive! I love the inclusion of the true or false game in the back and the matching activity too. In relation to the information included within, there is a good mixture of facts about the world, living things, science, entertainment, treasure from all over and a timeline of events starting with the Big Bang up until the sixth mission to Mars in 2013. A great present for a child or a teacher!
