I only finished this book because it was relatively short and I wanted to be able to leave a review for the entire story. Nothing about this book felt believable. The characters had no chemistry. The attraction seemed overly rushed. I felt like someone was trying to convince me to buy into the story but wasn’t showing anything to put any stock in. Even the conflict seemed contrived.
