An outstanding short story perfect for people who enjoyed The Handmaid’s Tale. The vividness of the dystopian world created in such little space is really impressive, and by utilising different perspectives - from a woman who cannot have children to a woman who never wanted them but was forced into bearing them - it deals with issues of fertility and what it might mean to different people to be a woman in an understanding way.
