Poetry. Love stories. Horror. Sci-fi. Historical fiction with some nonfiction elements. This book was lovely! It is filled of stories about the city I live in. The way “the fog” is symbolized in each story is wonderful. As a resident of this foggy city these tales were exciting to read. I read stories in between reading my books and really enjoyed every single story. I loved the series of “because the post man died” throughout the book. It was like a story amongst the short stories.
Girlfriend brag: my boyfriend wrote madness in the falls which is my favourite of the stories, but I may be a little biased haha
This is a great collection of short stories and they have another book called “houses in the fog” which j plan to read this year as well
