This play is seriously good. I would completely recommend reading it and then watching the movie version with Will Smith and Stocker Channing. Well worth your time.

Hysterical and tragic, all at once.

Finished reading this in one sitting! I just realized I'm into plays nowadays.

Haven't heard about this book in my whole life, got it randomly on a secondhand bookshop.
It was an okay read, this book is talking about racism and social status.

Just not my cup of tea.

Think I’d appreciate it more in person. Only had access to the audiobook but I think I’ll read them from now on because stage directions also add to the full picture

Now bestie what was going on here. Loved it tho: inventive set and character introductions. He writes so charmingly and I loved the principals' implicit trust and inclusion of the audience.
